We only collect what you type into a form on this site. We do not ask for payment details anywhere online.

Free trial class form— your first and last name, email address, phone number, your child’s age, which location you prefer, which program you are interested in, and an optional message.

Contact form — your first and last name, email address, which location you prefer, and your message.

Seasonal campaign form— when we run a promotion, the sign-up form asks for the parent’s name, email address, phone number, your child’s age, preferred location, what you hope your child gains, and which days work for your family. It also records which ad or link brought you to the page so we know which promotions are working.

Website analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through our site. It sets cookies in your browser and collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. It does not tell us who you are by name.

Browser storage — if a promotional message appears on the site, your browser remembers that you have seen or closed it so we do not show it again. That preference stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

We use the information you submit to reply to your question, schedule and confirm a free trial class, and follow up about that request. That is all. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

Running this website takes a few outside services: a company that hosts the site, an email delivery service that carries your form submission to our inbox, and Google Analytics as described above. These providers handle your information only to perform that job for us. Form submissions arrive as email in our own business inbox; this website does not keep a separate customer database.

Our forms are written for parents and guardians. When a form asks for a child’s age, we expect a parent or guardian to provide it. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information without a parent’s involvement, email teamsmahq@gmail.com and we will delete it.

We use automation connected to our own business Gmail account to help us read and reply to inquiries sent to us. That access is limited to our own school mailbox. We do not request, receive, or access the Google account data of anyone who visits this website.

We keep form submissions in our email records for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep track of who has visited our school.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email teamsmahq@gmail.com and we will take care of it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which stops the analytics described above.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please check back if it matters to you.
